If you wish to return merchandise we will exchange the product, credit your account or issue a refund promptly if return is postmarked within 30 days of purchase (WE DO NOT CREDIT SHIPPING COSTS). The product must be un-opened and in its original condition, with tags still attached. If the item is not in it's original condition, Adam Norris Home may consider the return with a restocking fee. If any products you have purchased are damaged or defective, or part of an incorrect shipment, we will contact UPS to have them picked up.

Please complete the Return Form located on the back of your packing list included with your package. Then repack the product in the original packing materials used for shipping, and enclose your completed Return Form. If you do not have the Return Form please include a note letting us know why you are returning the package and how you would like us to proceed with your return/exchange/refund. For your convenience, the Return Form includes a pre-addressed Return Address Label that you may use to ship the package back to us. Simply attach the label to your package and ship it back to us. Please note that the shipping is not prepaid. We also strongly suggest that you insure your package for full replacement value should your return be damaged or lost in return shipping.

Merchandise that is returned in its original condition will be processed for return, HOWEVER WE DO NOT CREDIT SHIPPING COSTS.
